4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent. The counter-notification must contain your contact details, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury consenting to jurisdiction, and your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Tormanga maintains a strict policy to terminate or block access for sources or users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
